Reporting Templates
In an effort to streamline the National Quality Benchmarking process and provide some standard formatting for reports, the Office of Institutional Research has made templates available to colleges and units for use in preparing reports. Please use the templates below for your college/unit and submit your completed report as an attachment to email to ufdata@aa.ufl.edu.
